To get your bonus points, you just need to send a copy of your receipt or payment confirmation by:

- mail to Belgacom Loyalty, Avenue du Boulevard / Bolwerklaan 21, box 22 - 1210 Brussels
Your bonus points will be automatically added to your points balance.
